A Conversation with Orville Schell. Schell is the dean of the graduate program in journalism at UC-Berkeley, the creator of several documentary films, and the author of fifteen books, including nine about China. The author discusses Tibet, and Buddhism as practiced by Hollywood movie stars.

Dissident from Birth. An article about the life and activities of feminist Nawal el Saadawi, the author of over thirty books, including nine novels. For her outspokenness, Dr. el Saadawi was jailed under Anwar Sadat, put on a fundamentalist death list, dismissed from her post as Director of Public Health Education in Egypt's Ministry of Health, and as Assistant General Secretary in the Medical Association of Egypt.

A Conversation with Dr. Nawal el Saadawi. Dr. el Saadawi discusses revolution, feminism and the concept of god.
